Rebirth & Power

FROM $ 122

Rebirth & Power is the journey I wish I had — a space to feel, create, and reconnect without having to explain everything in words. It blends shadow work, creativity, and emotional healing into one sacred experience. It’s soft, but powerful. Reflective, but transformative.

I created this for the woman who’s been holding it together for everyone else — and finally wants to come home to herself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be artistic for this to work?

Not at all. This work isn’t about how it looks — it’s about how it feels.

You don’t need skill or experience. You just need honesty, breath, and a willingness to try.

What happens in a session?

Each session is unique, but we usually begin with a gentle grounding or emotional check-in. From there, we follow what’s present — using paint, movement, journaling, or intuitive collage to express and move through what’s ready to surface.

Can I do this online?

Yes. Virtual sessions are held with the same care and potency as in-person ones.

You’ll receive a short list of suggested supplies, and I’ll guide you each step of the way — no art studio required.

What if I don't know what i'm feeling?

That’s okay. You don’t need to arrive with clarity — just presence. Sometimes the art speaks before we can. Sometimes the movement reveals the message.

This space honors not knowing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of art or materials do we use?

That depends on what wants to move through you. We might use watercolors, charcoal, torn paper, ink, symbolic images, words — even movement or sound.

No two sessions are the same.

What if I cry, shut down or get overwhelmed?

You are deeply held here. There is no pressure to perform, produce, or “be okay.”

Tears, silence, rage, numbness — every part of you is sacred and welcome.

Is this therapy?

Therapeutic Arts is not clinical therapy — but it can be incredibly therapeutic.

This work is designed to complement other healing modalities or stand on its own, especially for those seeking a more embodied, creative, soul-led process.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re craving connection with your inner voice…

If you feel stuck or emotionally saturated…

If you long to feel, move, express, and come home to yourself — this is for you.

You don’t have to explain your pain to be worthy of healing.

The Affirmation Deck workshop I attended was incredible. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and it felt so good to be able to just open my heart and let the creativity pour out. Raelynn is a fantastic facilitator who allows you to be yourself and guides the session in a natural and easygoing way. I found myself looking forward to our workshop night each week and really ruminating on the affirmations I chose and why they were important to me. There was zero pressure to be perfect and we were able to share lots of stories and laughs along the way. I would definitely recommend any of Raelynn’s workshops and can’t wait to see what she has planned in the future!
